TERMS OF SERVICE – AdWorksBid SEO PRO

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of AdWorksBid SEO PRO (“the Plugin”), sold by AdWorks.Bid (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
1. License Grant
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AdWorksBid SEO PRO on one (1) WordPress site. The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually to continue receiving plugin updates and support.
The Plugin is distributed under the GPL-2.0 license. All features function without an active license key. The license key gates automatic updates delivered through the WordPress admin only.
2. Requirements
AdWorksBid SEO PRO requires the free AdWorksBid SEO plugin to be installed and active on the same WordPress site. It will not function as a standalone plugin.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@adworks.bid within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored. Refunds are processed through Freemius, our payment and licensing platform.
4. Renewals and Cancellations
Your license renews automatically each year at the then-current price. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Freemius account at users.freemius.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin or your license key. You may not use the Plugin on more sites than your license permits.
6. No Warranty
The Plugin is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, compatibility with third-party plugins or themes, or specific SEO outcomes. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Plugin, including but not limited to lost rankings, lost revenue, or site downtime.
7. Updates and Support
Active license holders receive plugin updates and email support. Support is provided on a best-effort basis with a typical response time of 24-48 hours.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
