These Terms of Service govern your use of the adworks.bid website and any products or services provided by AdWorks.Bid (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
AdWorks.Bid provides SEO consulting services and software products, including the AdWorksBid SEO WordPress plugin (free and Pro versions). Details of each product or service, including pricing and deliverables, are described at the point of purchase.
2. AdWorksBid SEO Plugin
Free Version
The free AdWorksBid SEO plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+). You may use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license. The GPL-2.0 license text is included with the plugin and available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.
Pro Version
The AdWorksBid SEO Pro plugin requires a valid license key. Your license entitles you to:
- Use the plugin on the number of sites specified in your license tier
- Receive plugin updates for the duration of your license period
- Access support through our designated support channels
License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or used on sites you do not own or control. We reserve the right to revoke a license if it is found to be misused.
No Warranty
Both the free and Pro plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugins will be free of errors, compatible with every WordPress installation, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the plugins at your own risk.
3. Consulting Services
When you engage AdWorks.Bid for SEO consulting services, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. The following general terms apply to all consulting engagements:
- Services are provided on the basis of the information you supply. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of deliverables.
- We retain ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, and tools we develop. Deliverables prepared specifically for you (reports, strategies, content) become your property upon full payment.
- We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as agreed in writing for consulting engagements.
Plugin licenses: We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not work as described and the issue cannot be resolved through support. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Consulting services: Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, you are responsible for fees proportional to the work delivered.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our products or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with the operation of any website or server
- Engage in any activity that manipulates search engines in violation of their webmaster guidelines
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdWorks.Bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, plugins, or services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on adworks.bid — including text, graphics, logos, and code we authored — is the property of AdWorks.Bid and may not be reproduced without written permission. The AdWorksBid SEO free plugin is open source under GPL-2.0+; the Pro plugin and its source code remain proprietary.
8. Third-Party Services
Our plugin integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools, and IndexNow. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, revoke your license, or remove your account if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers by email.
